Schooner trilogy

The trilogy is part of the exhibition “The travel, Reflexions”, this three pieces resembles the travel through the sea, Schooner is a travel vessel which was used through the XV until XVII century, and it was popular in both sides of the Atlantic. Schooner is a transport, which has winds, the foresails that opens in steps by the hands of men to start a new journey, where the water and the wind are the natural vehicle. One layer is the water in movement and the second layer show us the foresails opening in steps No1, No2 and No3.

La trilogía es parte de la exposición “El Viaje, Reflexiones”, estas tres piezas resemblan el viaje a través del mar, Goleta (Schooner, en inglés) es un barco que se uso entre el siglo XV hasta el XVIII, y fue muy popular en ambos lados del Atlántico. Goleta es un transporte con alas, las velas que se  abren por pasos por las manos del hombre para empezar una nueva jornada, donde el agua y el viento son le vehículo natural. Una primera capa es el agua en movimiento y la segunda nos muestra las velas abriéndose en pasos No1, No2, No3.
